Shipping to the US
Somersets USA ships US orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Priority Mail. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods if required.

Shipping charges are based on the combined weight of the products you order and are charged at cost. You will be shown your options and the exact price on the checkout page once we know your delivery address.

US orders totalling $50 or over (after any discounts and / or promotional codes have been applied) are delivered for free by USPS First Class Mail. Sorry, taxes and shipping costs do not count towards the $50 total.

Shipping to Canada
Somersets USA deliver orders to Canada using USPS. You may be liable for import tax or duties as your order will be despatched from our US fulfilment office.

Delivery Times
Once payment has been processed, we aim to pick, pack and despatch all orders within two (2) business days of receipt. Business days for us are Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery times for orders placed at are estimated as follows (though we strive to be quicker):

USPS First Class Mail: 2-4 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS First Class International: 8-16 business days
USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

Tracking Your Order and Delivery Info
When your order is completed and shipped, we will email you a USPS tracking reference number so you can check on your delivery online here.

You order will need to be signed-for on delivery. If you are not in to sign for your order, the package may then be returned to your local post office sorting depot. Usually the mailman will leave a “something for you” card to rearrange delivery or collection – you can arrange this with USPS here. Or they may leave it with a neighbour so don’t forget to check with them.

If you do not collect your order from your local post office sorting depot it will eventually be returned to us. We can re-send parcels but this will be subject to a further shipping fee. This fee is the true cost of the re-postage charge. If you decide you would like to be refunded, the cost of the original postage will be deducted from the refund amount.

Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the timescales noted above get in touch with us and we’ll do our very best find out what happened to your order and get it to your doorstep as soon as possible.

Sorry, but we cannot replace missing orders that are received by someone else on your behalf.

We also cannot replace orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the person placing the order.

Faulty Goods
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from If you have any issue, query or complaint regarding your goods, please contact our Customer Service team and we will be pleased to help. We will refund the cost of any faulty product or we will replace it free of charge.

Within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, you may return any unused / unopened items for a full refund. Goods must be unopened and completely unused and in a 100% saleable condition. If products have been sent by a non-standard delivery method requested by the customer, the additional cost for this non-standard delivery will not be refunded. Sorry, we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from

Please note that we can only refund your shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you are sending back a faulty product.

To return an item, please wrap your goods securely and please include our original packing slip with your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper or print off and enclose your email receipt. To help us improve our service we would appreciate it if you could indicate the reason for returning an item, but this is entirely optional.

For your protection, we recommend that you use an insured recorded and tracked delivery for shipment as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
